| Dictation:
The physician dictates on a digital portable recorder (smiliar to an ordinary microcassette recorder) which uses a standard digital flash card instead of a tape or can dictate via a telephone. |
| Transmission of Data: |

The digital audio/voice files is then uploaded on your PC through san disk/memory stick which is then transfered to Global MedData, Inc. database. |
| Transcription: |

Highly skilled Medical transcriptionist, processess the voice files and creates a text file. (We create text files as physician desired format) |
| Transcripted: |

The text files are uploaded on our secured server overnight and are returned to our Physicians via our secure online system/e-mail. |

By 9am the following day these files are ready to be downloaded to your PC and can be printed or saved in your record system. All records remain secure and availiable 24/7 from any PC with web access. |
